Disability Awareness – Working with People with Disabilities

People with disabilities are an important and vastly underutilized resource for businesses. Many people with disabilities are underemployed or unemployed. Due to diversity advocates and shrinking labor pools, employers are seriously looking at hiring and retaining people with disabilities. This course will give supervisors, managers and human resources consultants tools and tips to create a diverse workplace.
